This blackberry margarita is made with homemade blackberry syrup, tequila, and a kick of lime. It’s the perfect mix of tart, sweet, and refreshing.

Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a short glass. Dip the rim in salt or sugar and freeze-dried blackberry powder.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, blackberry syrup, and orange liqueur. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled,
Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
Top with a lime wheel and a couple of fresh blackberries.

- Mezcal can be substituted for tequila for a smoky variation.
