This chocolate strawberry martini is delicious and decadent, with rich chocolate liqueur, creamy Irish cream, homemade strawberry syrup and vodka. It’s a perfect Valentine’s day cocktail.
Drizzle chocolate sauce inside the martini glass. Tilt and rotate the glass to coat the sides evenly, creating a swirl. Chill the glass in the freezer for a few minutes to set the chocolate.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in vodka, chocolate liqueur, Baileys, strawberry syrup, and milk.
Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
Finish with a chocolate-dipped strawberry or fresh strawberry slice.
