- 1 cup sugar

Peach Margarita
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup or honey
- 3/4 cup peach cubes
- 1-2 cups ice

- Chili lime salt or tajín
- Lime slice
Instructions
Vanilla simple syrup
- Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla paste or extract, and let cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
